PAYMENTS
I accept PayPal only.
Payment plans are negotiable (payment at least once a month), wherein progress will be halted once a payment has been missed. Completed piece will not be sent until full payment is complete.
DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
Please be upfront about deadlines as extra fees will be incurred for rush work.
Please message me for picture updates on any of my socials. Delivery will only be after full payment is made.
USE
I have the right to upload your commission unless specified otherwise.
NDA fee of +20% will be charged if I am not allowed to upload your commission.
Extra charges for art made for merchandising or commercial rights will be incurred.I DO NOT charge commercial fees for:

Artwork to be made for physical/digital merchandising (e.g. sold wallpapers, body pillows, keychains, etc.)
Anything not listed here MUST BE DISCUSSED if it may be used commercially.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Please credit my social media as the artist.
Do not alter the artwork or claim that you are the creator of commissioned artwork.
Do not claim for commercial use unless otherwise discussed.
REFUNDS
I do not accept refunds after the initial sketch has been made and approved. In the instance wherein I feel that I cannot capture your vision, I will offer a full refund. I will send back the full amount regardless of the status of completion.
